Research Achievements

Published a total of 18 internationally significant academic papers, including 8 as first author (or co-first author), featuring top-tier journals such as Nature Materials (1 paper), Nature Communications (2 papers), Advanced Materials (1 highly cited paper), and Nano Letters (2 papers), with a total citation count exceeding 720. Holds 6 authorized invention patents in the field of atomic fabrication of ultrathin semiconductors.  

  1. Designed and applied novel low-dimensional nanoelectronic systems, constructing patterned semiconductor/metal triangular architectures with dimensions below 5 nm (Nature Materials, 16, 717-721 (2017)).  
  2. Achieved atomic-level controllable construction and property modulation of two-dimensional nanoelectronic systems (Advanced Materials, 29, 1605407 (2017); Nano Letters, 19, 6323-6329 (2019); Science Bulletin, 63, 419-425 (2019)).  
  3. Conducted atomic-level measurements of emerging functional quantum systems (Nature Communications, 13, 138 (2022); Nature Communications, 11, 659 (2020)).
